Our client, a HK listed high-tech company is looking for a legal head based in Shanghai. This role will take care of all kinds of legal and compliance issues related to business operation in China and overseas by leading a decent team. The budget is up to RMB 1.5 million.

Requirements:

• with minimum 12 years’ working experience in the reputable law firm and/or company;

• English working proficiency is required;

• Working experience in US/HK listed company is preferred
